Are shipments tracked?

On request, I can use any shipment that you prefer, including express and courier services.

What do you mean by the 25 print minimum?

As a box of each paper comes with 25 sheets, I will order it according to your needs and will use it all up for one client. That means that I am trying to avoid having boxes with just two or three sheets of paper around, which might never be ordered again or for a longer period of time. This means that these 25 sheets have to be used up for the order the client makes. I can make 25 different motives, which is not a problem, but the prints will always be made of 25 sheets per size ordered.

How fast can you make the prints?

That depends on the number of prints. Each sheet of paper has to be manually placed inside the printer, so you can guess that it takes a bit longer to fulfill a bigger order. However, the prints are usually made within 1-3 days.

Are there preferences regarding the files?

Yes, there are! I will need 600 dpi files, and if you consider scaling them up, please remember that it will affect the resolution of the final print. Please save your images using the Adobe RGB color profile (or greyscale). The files can be either PNGs or JPGs.

The sizes are (in mm) A4 180 x 267, A3 257 x 380, and for A2, we will discuss the layout of the prints together, as sometimes it makes sense to add a title to the print.

I can also order custom-cut paper of any amount at Ilford, if you need a specific size.
