Björn Hurri

A true veteran of the industry and a very welcome new client of Cursive is Björn Hurri. Björn has worked on over 100 titles in games and film and is known for his out-of-the-box approach to creatures and character design. We are glad to work with Björn on his IP called ORO and develop it further with him. Björn and Cursive will collaborate on multiple limited prints and other merchandise.

About the artist

Bjorn Hurri is an award winning concept artist and Art Director. He has worked for all major publishers and with over 100+ titles (Horizon zero dawn 1/2, Alien Isolation, God of War, Dishonored, Fortnite, League of Legends, and more). He has been teaching artists since 2008 and he also taught a highly popular character design class at CG Master Academy. Bjorn has shared his knowledge in lectures and demos at 15+ workshops and events in multiple countries and to thousands of people.
